The City and HBC worked out a signed contract for these services In September. HBC was able to help the City expand it’s collection program with the inclusion of glass as part of the single stream collection, which the HBW facility is able to process. Additionally, HBC’s ability to provide timely and flexible service to the City were cited by the program managers as reasons for choosing to work with HBC.
