Recycling facility in Beacon, N.Y., set to open

Dec. 1 -- A new recycling facility that will process glass, metal, plastic, paper and cardboard opens in Beacon, N.Y., early next month.
The Hudson Baylor Corp. plant is 56,000 square feet and will employ around 50 people full time, according to a report in the Poughkeepsie Journal.
